Worlds Bid Information

How is my team eligible to earn a bid?

To qualify for a bid your program must be a registered USASF program and all athletes must be a USASF rostered athlete. 

Which 9 Panel Brands events award BIDS to THE Cheerleading Worlds?

Carolina Nationals- Concord, NC (December 13-14, 2025)

Low Country Showdown- Charleston, SC (March 7-8, 2026)

How many bids will be awarded?

Carolina Nationals will award 3 At Large bids. 

Low Country Showdown will award a minimum of 1 Paid bid, 1 Partial Paid bid, and 3 At Large bids. 

Which divisions are eligible to earn a bid?

The bid-winning team must compete at the Cheerleading/Dance Worlds in the division in which the bid was awarded.​

How will bids be awarded?

Cheerleading Bids will be awarded to the TOP SCORES overall.
*DISCLAIMER – Although the highest scores will place the teams for the bids, 9 Panel Brands reserves the right to award the bids to the teams that we feel will represent us the best!​​

How do I register and declare my teams intention?

Register your teams through our online registration platform.
Complete the Bid Intention form HERE and email to jessica@9panel.net. If we do not have this form on file then we will assume that your team/teams are not intending on accepting any bids to the 2026 Cheerleading and Dance Worlds from 9 Panel.

What is a bid boost?

A Worlds Bid Boosts are cash prizes awarded by the Event Producer to any USASF member program’s cheer or dance team that has already earned a 2026 Worlds At Large, Partial Paid, or Paid Bid. A maximum of $100 per athlete/per team may be awarded by an Event Producer during the season (the Bid Boost is only applicable to the number of athletes on the floor at the qualifying event).

How is my team eligible to earn a bid boost?

To qualify for a Worlds Bid Boost your team must have already earned a bid (At Large, Partial, or Paid) to the The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds. Your program must bring 50% of your program/location. Fifty Percent (50%) can be broken down into one location or the program as a whole. Exhibition teams are not included in the 50% of what is needed, however Prep and Novice teams can be used to meet the 50% requirement.
