Scoring
9 Panel Brands believes in putting together fair, knowledgeable, EXPERIENCED, and un-biased judging panels. All of our judges have been carefully screened and come from a variety of backgrounds with experience. All safety judges are current USASF Safety Certified Judges. All panel judges are currently trained and certified in the category they are judging.

USASF (All Star Elite, Prep, Novice, and International):
9 Panel Brands is a United Scoring Partner and will use the United Scoring System for All Star cheer teams.
All Star Cheer, Dance, and Prep teams are encouraged to send in legality questions to the USASF for legality review. More information on the process can be found at www.usasf.net.
TOP Select (Elite, Advance, Foundations):
9 Panel Brands has adopted the TOP Select Scoring System for travel cheer teams. TOP Select is for teams who travel to competitions but do not fit in other overall divisions. This is not for USASF Teams but Travel Competitive Cheer.

TOP Recreation- Traditional Recreation & Performance Recreation:
9 Panel Brands follows TOP REC Scoring. This scoring system follows the 2026-2027 United Scoring System with adjustments to the Quantity Grids. This system serves the customers of 9 Panel Brands, creating a competitive opportunity for all teams. Follow the link to the TOP REC Scoring to see scoring information and score sheets.
**Performance Rec Tiny Novice division will follow Allstar Tiny Novice Scoring rubric.**
Dance:
9 Panel Brands has adopted the USASF Dance scoresheet for the 2026-2027 season. Dance will follow the USASF Legality Rules.
Dance Rules Quick Notes:
Time Limit – Each team will have a minimum of 1 minute and 45 seconds (1:45) to a maximum of 2 minutes and 15 seconds (2:15) to demonstrate their style and expertise. Timing will begin with the first choreographed movement or note of the music. Timing will end with the last choreographed movement or note of the music, whichever happens last.
